Processing and Delivery Times
What are your processing and delivery times for Canada?
We prepare orders from our workshop located on Chabanel, in Montreal, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), within 1 to 3 business days.
Once shipped, your order is generally delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the carrier and your location in Canada.
For any order of $200 or more (before taxes), a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the security of your package.
What are your processing and delivery times for the United States?
We prepare orders from our workshop located on Chabanel, in Montreal, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), within 1 to 3 business days.
Once shipped, your order is generally delivered within 10 business days, after clearing customs, depending on the carrier and your location in the United States. Tracking information will be sent to you once your package has entered the United States, so you can easily follow its progress.
Since all Audvik items are made entirely in Canada, you will not be charged any duties or taxes on your purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Audvik primarily offers shipping to Canada and the United States. However, if you would like an order shipped internationally, we invite you to contact our customer service team before placing your order.
We can then confirm the shipping options available, estimated delivery times, and the fees associated with your destination.
Please note that customs fees, import taxes, or any other charges required by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. Audvik is not responsible for any additional delays related to customs clearance or procedures.
Fees related to returns or exchanges for international orders are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is at the heart of our priorities. If your purchase doesn't work out, you have the option to return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.
We do not cover return shipping costs for items priced at $200 or less before taxes, nor for items marked down 30% or more. Any purchase discounted 40% or more is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The product must be returned unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. You may also return or exchange your item directly at our workshop.
Before proceeding with a return or exchange, please fill out the Contact Us form, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will then guide you through the steps to make the process simple and fast.
What is your exchange policy?
If you purchase an item at regular price, you can exchange it for a different size or colour, subject to availability. No additional fees apply for this type of exchange.
Items discounted 30% or more are exchange only, at your own expense. No refund can be issued for these items.
Items discounted 40% or more are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Price Adjustments and Refunds
What are your refund timelines?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Please note that the time it takes for the amount to appear on your bank statement may vary depending on your financial institution.
Certain exceptions may apply if an agreement has been made in advance with our customer service team.
Our policy for the 2026-2027 holiday season will be announced closer to the season. Stay tuned!
Do you have a price adjustment policy?
Yes! Price adjustment requests are subject to approval by our team and must be submitted through the Contact Us form.
We offer a price adjustment within 15 days of purchasing an item at regular price, if its price is subsequently reduced on our website. The adjustment is issued as a gift card only.
Please note that our price adjustment policy does not apply during the following promotional periods: Black Friday week and Boxing Day.
